If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the documented specification, we resolve it. This policy sets out your rights clearly and tells you exactly what to do if something goes wrong.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, your order must meet the following conditions. Please read these carefully before contacting our support team.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product has been stored correctly at the recommended temperature from the point of delivery
  • The original Certificate of Analysis and batch documentation are included with the return
  • The return reason falls within the eligible categories listed below

How to Return an Item

Starting a return is straightforward. Follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed without delays.

  1. Email support@evolvelabsuk.co.uk with your order number, the product name, and a clear description of the issue. Attach photos if the product arrived damaged.
  2. Our support team reviews your request within 2 business days and confirms whether the return is approved.
  3. Once approved, you receive a return authorisation reference and the correct return address. Do not send items back without this reference.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include the CoA documentation, and write your return reference clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  5. Ship using a tracked service. EvolveLabs UK covers return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect orders. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s cost.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund or replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
Research compounds require special handling: All returns must maintain cold-chain integrity during transit. Use appropriate temperature packaging for any lyophilised or reconstituted compounds being returned. Returns that arrive compromised due to incorrect transit conditions are not eligible for a refund.

The Refund Process

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we process refunds promptly. Here is what to expect at each stage.

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing takes 5 to 7 business days from the date we confirm receipt of your return
  • You receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
  • Bank processing times vary by provider, but most customers see funds within 3 to 5 additional business days after our confirmation
  • Orders paid via bank transfer are refunded directly to the originating account

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Damaged deliveries and incorrect orders are our priority to resolve. If your order arrives in any of the following states, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can act quickly.

  • Vials cracked, leaking, or visibly compromised on arrival
  • Temperature packaging breached or product arrived warm
  • Product received does not match the item ordered or the label on the packaging
  • Certificate of Analysis missing from the order
  • Batch number on the product does not match the CoA documentation included

For damaged deliveries, photograph the packaging and product before opening further. These images support your claim and speed up resolution. Send them directly to support@evolvelabsuk.co.uk alongside your order number.

All our products, from the Alluvi Retatrutide 40mg and Retatrutide 20mg through to the Glow GHK-Cu and NAD+ research compound, leave our facility in documented, verified condition. If something arrives wrong, we fix it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and UK regulatory requirements, some items fall outside the return window regardless of circumstance. These include:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or reconstituted
  • Products returned without original batch documentation or CoA
  • Products returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval
  • Products that were stored incorrectly after delivery, compromising compound integrity
  • Custom or bulk orders placed under a specific research protocol agreement
Why these restrictions exist: Research-grade peptide compounds require strict chain-of-custody documentation. Once a product has been opened or stored outside specification, we cannot verify its integrity or resell it to another researcher. These restrictions protect the entire research supply chain.
